Match Report
Epsom College Girls-U14A vs  King Edward VI, Southampton
On: Saturday, 15 Sep 2018
Venue: Away

WON 6-0

Epsom started very well, creating lots of great passages of play that cut through King Edward’s defence. Sophie Edison (M) opened the scoring with a clinical push into the corner after a great run from Charlotte Thesiger (R) and Farrah Stephens-Martin (M). Captain Katie Evans (M) made it two in similar fashion, showing real composure and how the good midweek training in front of goal paid off. Edison and Evans scored one more each before Olivia Thompson-Brown (M) finished off a great move started by Polly Campbell (Rv) at the back. With the score 5-0 at half time, Epsom were hungry for more but plenty of chances were kept out by good defending and goalkeeping. However, late on Sophie Edison claimed her hat-trick with another great one touch finish.
