Match Report
Epsom College Girls-U15B vs  Brighton College
On: Saturday, 13 Oct 2018
Venue: Away

Lost 0-3

In the toughest game of the season to date, the U15Bs face a well-drilled and highly organised Brighton side. Epsom spent the majority of the game in their own half, defending with great determination and grit. The back four of Sabrina Singh (Rv), Freya Calvert (Rv), Lucy Ellis (W) and Gemma Rose Laughton (Rv) certainly stood up to be counted against a barrage of Brighton attacks. Jessica Alexander had an excellent performance in the midfield, breaking up play regularly with strong tackles and was often the spark to get the Epsom attacking moves started. Epsom managed to hit Brighton on the break on a few occasions, but lacked the final finishing touch to test the Brighton goalkeeper. The girls can be very proud of how they never gave up, and kept running right to the final whistle.

Player of the Match: Jessica Alexander (Rv)
