Epsom College Boys-U15C vs  St John's School, Leatherhead
On: Saturday, 08 Dec 2018
Venue: at Home

WON 31-5

This was a great way to finish the season. Epsom started with impressive purpose and it was not long before Oliver Mullen (P) stormed over the try line. He was followed by a fellow Propertian Will Busby (P), who scored in similar fashion, and then by Fraser Spalding (Fa) who executed a fabulous charge-down before scoring under the posts. It almost goes without saying that Finn Walmsley (H) slotted all three conversions due to his brilliance with the boot this season. The second half was a more even affair with the main event being the slow build up to a St John’s try. The Epsom boys remained undeterred and rallied soon after to add a further two tries from Luke Gordon-Pullar (G) and Jack Rich (H). The first five minutes of this game oozed the esprit de corps that has built over the season and, as the adulation from the parents’ suggested, gap teacher Mitch Antico has been at the heart of this project. It was a fine way for the whole team to finish the season.

Tries: Rich (H), Mullen (P), Busby (P), Spalding (Fa), Gordon-Pullar (G)
