Epsom College Girls-3rd XI vs  King Edward VI, Southampton Girls-U16B
On: Saturday, 15 Sep 2018
Venue: at Home

WON 5-0

A good start to the first half meant the back four were hardly breaking sweat. The opposition’s right wing slipped through but fortunately Amy Hirtenstein’s (Rv) high-five-style save in goal helped the team keep a clean sheet. This was her only touch of the match due to strong midfield play by India Binnie (R), captain Gemma Doe (Wh) and Katya Miskry (Wh). Sophie Lonnon (W) and Clara Alexis (R) did not stop running up front, creating so many chances and space on and off the ball. 2-0 up at half time the target was to at least double the scoreline, which the team reached comfortably thanks also to an own goal making it 5-0 by the final whistle.

Goal Scorers: Haigh (R) x2, Lonnon (W), Alexis (R). own goal
