Match Report
Epsom College Girls-U12D vs  Tormead School Girls-U12C
On: Saturday, 10 Nov 2018
Venue: at Home

Lost 0-4

The U12Ds started well, with defender Kaylee Towsin (GH) dominating the pitch with her fiery efforts in both attack and defence, coupled with brilliant efforts from goalkeeper Phoebe Witten (GH) in the D, making it hard for the opposition to score. At half time it was 0-0. The beginning of the second half started just as enthusiastically as the first, with numerous impressive displays from all players, including a phenomenal field-length run by midfielder Heeta Vijaykumar (GH), and a very close attempt at goal by fellow midfielder Emily Walsh (Wa). However, in the last ten minutes of the match the girls lost a bit of momentum, resulting in a flurry of goals in favour of the opposition. This was the team’s first loss in a previously undefeated season, however the score did not reflect the tremendous effort and skill displayed by every Epsom player on the pitch.

Player of the Match: Kaylee Townsin (GH) - never lost hope or momentum.
