With the Epsom first seed not playing, all Epsom players were forced to play a position higher, which posed a challenge. The overall score was a 3-2 win, an excellent result.
James Bull (G) began the fourth seed match with a loss in the first game, but composed himself to build upon this season's improvement and won 3-1.
Stepping up to fifth seed, Alex Ukrasin (H) was two games down, but battled hard to bring the score level to 2-2. After a series of impressive drives and long rallies, he lost out in the last game, 8-11. A truly entertaining match that had the spectators applauding.
In the third seed match, Elliott Rumble (P) played some tight and consistent squash, dropping the first game but was mentally strong throughout to win 3-1.
Second seed Natalie Chak (Wh) confidently secured a win without dropping a game, and with an impressive first game win of 11-0. She played controlled squash to force errors from her opponent, winning with an impressive 3-0 overall.
To face an older and more experienced first seed opponent, Stanley Tanguy (G) covered the court well. Despite many winning nicks and difficult retrievals, Stan took one game and lost 1-3.
