WON 6-2

A dominant team performance saw the U14As cruise to a 6-2 win. The match started with Epsom playing a fast tempo brand of football, moving the ball quickly around the pitch. Sam Waugh (F) and Didier Gore (F) dominated the midfield, with Kit Temperley (Rn) combining well with Will Raymond (P) to create chances. It did not take long for Raymond to open the scoring and then score the second in quick succession. George Curtis (F) and Rorke Ollerhead (Fa) oozed class at the back, controlling the tempo and demonstrating fantastic tackling to nullify any Sevenoaks threat. Just before half time Sam Waugh scored a superb volley, demonstrating great technique. Epsom continued to dominate in the second half, scoring through Temperley and Cosmo Mullen (P). Sevenoaks made the most of a scrappy clearance to make it 5-1. Callum Sharp (H), making his A team debut, finished off a sublime move to make it 6-1. Again on the counterattack Sevenoaks scored a well worked second goal. The game finished 6-2 with all the team having played their part.
Goal scorers: Raymond (P) x2, Temperley (Rn), Waugh (F), Mullen (P), Sharp (H)
